TEAM MEMBER

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform daily assigned duties such as Cooking, Cashier, Stocking the Products, Cafe Barista, Drive-Thru helper, Customer Liaison, Facilities cleaning etc. 

  • Create and maintain efficient workflow and help improve the processes continuously

  • Work with the Manager and foster good working environment

  • Follow local and State Health Department standards and guidelines

 

Skills Needed

  • Ability to organize and detailed oriented

  • Ability to work well with other Associates [Team Members]

  • Flexible to work any work schedule {morning, afternoon, evening shifts]

  • Strong communication skills – face to face and virtual [phone/online]

  • Use software tools and technologies to perform daily job activities

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product

  • Prior Retail experience is preferred

SHIFT LEAD

Job Responsibilities

  • Guide and Lead team of staff on daily basis

  • Protect Intellectual property such as recipes, operational efficiencies 

  • Help with hiring, training and performance of the team members

  • Create and maintain efficient workflow and help improve the processes continuously

  • Work with Inventory management Coordinator on product ordering and maintenance

  • Ability to handle team member conflicts timely and foster good working environment

  • Follow local and State Health Department standards and guidelines

 

Skills Needed

  • Ability to organize and detailed oriented and ability to lead team
